1. What dropshipping is and how it works
Dropshipping is a sales model where we (the wholesaler) store, pick, pack and ship products directly to your end customer. You focus on marketing, listings and customer service — while we handle logistics.
- Your customer places an order in your online store or marketplace.
- You pass the order to DIKEL (most convenient via Base Connect).
- We pick, pack and ship the order to your customer.
We support online stores and marketplace sellers. Accurate stock levels, fast dispatch, and EAN codes available in the catalog.

- Registered businesses (B2B) — VAT ID / company registration data + acceptance of the Terms & Conditions; payment via bank transfer / Przelewy24; trade credit may be available individually.
- Adults with non-registered activity (Poland) — declaration of non-registered activity + acceptance of the Terms & Conditions; prepayment only (Przelewy24).
- Minors with business registration — registration confirmation; each time we require a cooperation agreement signed by a legal guardian; prepayment only (Przelewy24).
- Minors with non-registered activity — written consent of a legal guardian; each time we require a cooperation agreement signed by a legal guardian; prepayment only (Przelewy24).

5. Integration with Base Connect or B2B panel
How it works
- We provide a complete product catalog: gross prices, EAN codes, images and attributes.
- Stock levels and prices sync automatically (DIKEL → Base DIKEL → Your Base → Your listings).
- Synchronization may take up to several minutes — we recommend a safety buffer (e.g. −5 units).
Labels and shipping
- Shipments can be sent using your own labels or ours.
- A6 labels — required format.
- Cash on delivery (COD) — available only on the Partner’s labels.
Working without Base — B2B panel
- You receive an individual URL to our B2B panel.
- You can browse the offer, prices and live stock availability.
- You place orders manually and may attach your own shipping labels.
- After submitting an order, we send an automatic e-mail with a payment link.
Alternative: XML feed
For partners who do not use Base and want to synchronize products in their own systems, we provide an XML feed with prices and stock levels. Access is enabled upon request.
